Our residence, entirely renovated in 2006 and located in the heart of the city, at only 5 minutes walk from the famous Cours Mirabeau. It is the ideal place for business or leisure travel. Entirely air conditioned, fitted with modern furniture and equipments, our 141 studios or apartments can welcome you from one day to one month or more. They all have a kitchen (fitted with a fridge, a microwave oven and a glass ceramic cook-top; the 2room apartments also have a dishwasher); a living room with LCD television, telephone directs, bathroom with bathtub and shower and separated toilets. The studios can have one or two people, and are equipped with either a double bed, two twin beds or a double sofa bed; the 2room apartments can receive up to four people and are equipped with a double sofa bed in the living room, and a double bed in the bedroom. We also have a garage underneath the residence with direct access to the floors, and during the worm season we give access to the solarium on the roof top.
