The people is very nice and kind. I really appreciate their help. However, I think it's better to improve the equipments in the bathroom because there is almost no private space.

PLUS: Location in city center, great breakfast, very nice and helpfull staff, nice double rooms
MINUS: little parking (8-10 cars, rest must stay on the street and You have to pay for it), no towels, 5 extra euros for linien, cold corridors and quite cold rooms (in winter), no cloak room in bathrooms.

somehow we didn't get the towels, which was a bit upsetting and the rooms could be a little warmer. but in general, it's very ok to stay for a couple of nights :)

The dorm corridors at night were a little freaky. People would just appear out of nowhere.

What a great experience!! The first time in Berlin and it was amazing, also thx to the hostel and its staff. They were very helpful with all requests! I really liked the building. It used to be a convent in the past...very impressive! and it is located really central. will definitely recommend it!
