The staff is really good, very helpfull and very nice! they tried to help me everytime that i asked for something! The hostel was clean...the only issue was the little (i hope) mouse in the room who ate my cookies!! The location is notthat bad, its eay to get there by subway but when you getout the station its a little bit scary or different from times square(for example)...its safe, but scary! I really liked the hostel,the staff and the time that i spend there! Ana

the hostel had great people at the front desk, very polite and helpful, but there was a problem, a mouse in my room, which means there is a problem about this question. the location is safe, but a little bit scary when you get out of the subway.

I would not stay at this hostel in the winter for they turn the heat off at night and into the morning. It was so frigid cold. Also they didn't have enough blankets. The bathrooms are incredibily small and the showers vary on whether or not you get pressure or hot water. The staff couldn't suggest any places in the neighborhood to eat. On the upside the hostel was clean and the location was close to the subway. During the summer it would be a fine place to stay.

Rooms were clean, but the shower was really bad on the fifth floor. The good point was the staff: very sympathic and smiling.

No elevator! Somewhat squeeky beds, everytime someone moved you woke up...bring earplugs!!

There was extremely limited space to hang out and be with friends indoors. The staff seemed nonchalant about working there and were just going through the motions. The beds are VERY weak, since they seem so frail and rickety.
