Somewhere to bed your head down but thats about it. The place is like a big halls of residence rather than a hostel where workers stay long term throughout the week, however there were quite a few tourists there for the oktoberfest whom I met in the kitchens that accompany the bedrooms.
I wouldn't recommend this place during non-oktoberfest times due its lack of social lounge areas. The plumbing there requires maintenance - plug holes in the showerrooms were not draining. Bad!

very bland & plain looking but GREAT for a place to crash during OktoberFest! only 15mins frm city centre.. def nothing special!

This looks like it was an old hospital or something very intuitional. The beds were fine but this is definitely a place you would stay as a last resort. It had no character and was a bit out of the city not that matters to much as Munich's underground system is very easy

The hostel was very removed from anything to do in Munich. There was nothing to do at the hostel itself. There was no internet, and no place close by to use the internet. It was not the best hostel experience that I have ever had.

Now where to secure belongings. Rooms were extremely messy with rubbish all over the floors. Showers and toilets had not been cleaned.

Turned up, they claimed they had never received my booking (and they wouldn't even check the computer system). They turned me away and charged me anyway. Its a dirty place anyway so avoid at all costs.

location near the metro.. clean en you have your own bed super confortable and super ikea room but ok.. it's not the tipical hostel where you can meet friend..but it's ok

Hostel was a bit out of the center, but accessible by U Bahn. Secure building, but the rooms weren't the cleanest I've seen. Not too bad though, but checking out took forever and the woman was rude about the wait.
