Definitely it was the nicest room I've ever seen in my life (Venezia room) and the best place we stayed in Italy. Helpfull and gentle staff.

Great proximity to the train station however pretty hard to find the front door!! Staff was not there when we arrived so we had to ring them to come down and open the door for us, which is not good enough, what if we don't have a Italy SIM card? The room was great, very nice, clean and big, especially the bed. Kitchen was good too, with nice furniture and facilities - overall the hostel was very well furnished - modern and stylish.

Really nice lady, very helpful and friendly - when she was there... which wasn't until we'd been waiting outside for half an hour and had a friendly neighbour call her. Also, there was no secure place for left luggage so we had to carry our bags everywhere.

not so good if you have to leave early in the morning, maybe other visitors can be disturbed.

Brillant place this! Very tastfully done, clean, great location right near the train station and the 4 poster bed rocks (and I don't mean when you rock it ;). I'd definitely stay there again. :))))

Amazing place - facilities, amenities, highly attentive and personable service, location. Would not go anywhere else in Bergamo (and now am considering to stay here for my Milan visits, too, commuting on the train each morning and night), Abaco is so outstanding! Thank you for a great stay.

Nice and very helpful hosts - picked us up in the airport and helped organizing taxis when we left for the airport. Home-like and nice place to stay with children.
