Staff is very kind, but that doesn't help when your room isn't clean. Very very dirty. Good location, but very expensive.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good Location, not far from the Duomo. Looks sketchy from the outside but not bad at all. Free Breakfast.

Bathroom smelled a bit... funky... but seemed clean. Everything is falling apart a bit, but that's part of the character (old furniture). Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was not good.

This was the first time I had ever stayed at a Hostel- my first room was putrid and hot, but then I opened the windows and it was fine for one night. Small with clean sheets. Shared bathroom was a new experience, not necessarily a bad one. They upgraded me to a bigger room for 5E more, with AC and 2 beds. The staff was extremely helpful and I had many questions.

the hotel was the onliest company or whatever in that hole building! shutter broken, ant's in the room, lavatory seat broken. it looks like a very bad hostel after the second world war and not like a hotel. the pictures showed up in the internet (www.abchotel.it) are absolutely false! ROOM FACILITIES also quite strange: Air conditioning... and where? Heating... where? it was absolutely warm because it was summer in italy.
