Fabrizio's English was excellent. Arranging to be picked up from the airport made my stay very straightforward, even after my flight was delayed. Mauricio was very attentive and I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone travelling alone.

Was the greatest hostel I've ever been at! It was wonderful! 100% recommended! Great decoration, nice cooks and breakfast, and a wonderful city to enjoy: Bergamo! Enjoy it!

Staff speak english very poorly, although they are nice and friendly

We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, superb decor and relaxed atmosphere. However, the place is a little tricky to find. There is no sign over the door so you definantly need your wits about you or you could be wandering for quite awhile. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

breakfast was not too good. we bought our own breakfast to the fridge in the guest kitchen.

All conditions are very good. Very, very clean place, the location is very quietly. The staff is very nice. I must to say that our plane arrived in Bergamo 3 (!) hours later, but they waited us in the airport, at 11 P.M. ! God bless this hostel and this staff. Very beautiful Hostel, nice rooms. The breakfast isn't fantastic. Also when you want some info about bergamo it's difficult to find some staff, they are not often around. The location was not very good. When you walk the fastest way to the railway station you have a take a road which is a bit abandoned and where you find used needles spread around..

our stay was a very good experience, the ownersstaff were friendly and helpful, the decor and furniture was very stylish and the whole place was immaculately clean
