They could do with a few renovations. The shower in my en suite dorm was terrible. No pressure at all. It was like showering under a dribble. And the matresses are in need of a replacement. The beds are great, but the matresses have dips in them now, and are not comfortable any longer.

We had cold showers 5 out of 7 days we were there, which wasn't pleasant considering there was snow outside! Other than that, the location is good - very easy to get to all the big stuff on the Piccadilly line. Staff are reasonably helpful, laundry on site was also useful.

Location was a bit further from city centre than we would have liked, also expensive to get a cab back there.
The showers were very poor, no water pressure, was like standing in a drizzle.
