You get a fantastic location, but compromise on most other things. Another thing to be aware of is that the rooms are vastly different. We stayed in both 35 and 31, and which 35 was horribly cramped with a bathroom so small that you physically couldn't sit on the toilet (!), 35 was absolutely fine with decent space. Same price and no differentiation when booking, just a little pot luck!

There was major construction going on, you had to walk through a massive pile of rubble to get in, there was no lobby, the front door takes ages to open, the host was not very warm, the rooms smelled like mildew, the showers flooded. My fiance called the hotel to ask if he could arrange for flowers or something to greet us and the host said no. Bah.

Overpriced for what it was. There were other places we stayed which were a little further from the city centre but better value.
