DO NOT STAY IN THERE AND I'LL TELL YOU WHY.
1. I booked a triple room and got a room with a double bed and a couch. They said that the couch was the third bed.
2. The heating doesn't work during the winter.
3. The shower doesn't have hot or even warm water during the winter.
4. The breakfast is ridiculous, crackers and artificial juice.
5. THREE BOTTLES OF PERFUME WERE STOLEN FROM MY LUGGAGE.
6. The japanese guy at the reception doesn't speek Italian nor English, wasn't he...More

Don't book this hotel unless you are 100% sure you'll be there on time. We showed up a day late (got sidetracked by the old mountain top cities) and we were already charged for both nights. The lady showed some "compassion" by giving our friends the upgrade for the same price we paid. The place is hard to find but it added some charm to the place. They have a 'private' dock which was cool and the bar underneath had a 'local' feel to it. But, it was a bit noisy so the earplugs were useful...More

The staff was excellent and very informative! They definately helped us out on where to go and what to do with the strike that occured the day we had to leave. The hotel itself was great! It was quite close to everything and very convienent.

this has been the highlight in accommodation during our 10 days throughout Italy. We highly recommend it. Lovely rooms, very clean, great location. We would definately go there again. Breakfast included. We found the location not difficult to find once followed instructions and referred to their map (get off at Rialto bridge stop)

Hotel has a GREAT location!
Just near to Rialto, and there is a super terassa with tables where you can take a breakfast or drink martini asti :) and look at grand canal and gondolas. Very very nice!
Our room was cool, not at all modern but it was beautifull venezian style.
And breakfast is not bad too ;)

Great location, we stayed in the apartment just around the corner which was fantastic, although can be a touch noisey with a main street just below. Amazing place for dinner below the main hostel which is well worth visiting. Definatley will come back and stay here!
