Christopher very efficient.
Sauna could be more maintained and it would be a real plus to have access to the outside next to the sauna.
Tables could be cleaner in restaurant.

Nice Hotel but it is outside of the city center and you have to take 2 trains to get there. If you are going to go out at night be careful because the metros stop running. The staff wasn't very helpful or attentive. The free continental breakfast was very good though.

The location is not perfect, but you can get to the city center easily by bus or tram.

We booked 2 rooms for 10 EUR each&the hotel wanted 250 EUR. times more than in the contract for just one room.The hotel was overbooked&they said they just had one room left.The hotel made mistake with the price & they wanted to rip us off. The hotel manager wasnt there.They havnt send us e-mail 2 solve problem which is rude. The rooms old-fashioned & 250 EUR is a joke.I hope the Manager will read this reference &reply & send the money back&charge the correct Total as in the contract.
