The guy at the desk was extremely helpful and polite. The rooms were outstanding too and the prices were of the best I'd come across in a few days of traveling. Reaching it and finding it is more of an adventure than other places but it is not difficult. Definitely recommended.

Bascially the Italians that work there are adorable and very helpful. My friend and I had really bad colds and they gave us meds and made us tea and took really good care of us. And the dogs were also the cutest.

Good and cheap location not too far from the center. Rooms are clean and the staff is kind. The concern is that you share your life with all other guests: doors don't stop any noise!

It is a wonderful hotel, with a very nice staff, very clean room, and an excelent breakfast. I had a very good holiday in your hotel and for sure i will come back as soon as possible. Thank you Hotel America. Best wishes!!!
