I do not think that ever to stay in this hostel! the staff did not want to help, some of them do not know how to speak English, so may have trouble checking in. .. they give you a closet, but if you do not have the lock, you have to buy a ... The wirelles does not work, and the staff says is that your computer is broken. you have to pay for cutlery if you take your food. and the restrooms, I have never seen anything so dirty.

There were two toilets on the floor - one of them was clogged and one of them was full of crap - literally. Ny next night was better - on the third floor instead of the 5th - ensuite bathrooms were very clean. The breakfast is good, but a little expensive at 6E. They are right beside a station, so no worries about transport.

This is my second stay at this hostel. And I really can't understand the numerous not very favourable reviews this hostel is getting. I found the staff friendly and helpful enough, the location is excellent right in the heart of Berlin, the toilets and bathrooms were all clean, the dorms were clean, the beds were comfortable. That's all I expect from a hostel really. Plus there is a lovely in-house sauna too - though hardly anyone seems to be using it! On one day I was in the sauna for a...More

Random two people who were not lodgers are the hostel were wondering around the 4th floor at around 4 in the morning and stole my friends bag TERRIBLE security!
