In one word : great. The location is perfect : 2 minutes from the Main Square, the place is really nice and feels like home, the staff also is really nice and helpful. And the best thing is that I am not paid to say that ! =) I strongly recommend it.

Very helpful and friendly staff, willing to answer all your questions about the city and various attractions and guided tours. Very clean and spacious rooms. The free breakfast is really great. It is also located in the heart of the old town, close to many tourist attraction and the train station. I'll definately return shall I ever come back to Krakow.

Great place, very creative design of the rooms, i had a great time thanks also to the friendly staff that really try helping out with all the infos one might need. Unfortunatelly breakfast not included. However, having been in many hostels across Europe, North America, Mexico I totally recomend this place as one of the best hostels I've ever been.

One of the best choices you can choose to spend some days in Krakow. Nice place, very friendly and helpful staff, good facilities, the best location... you only have to enjoy!! Thanks a lot from Prague! =)
