All staff were friendly, except Mel. There is no security lockers in the room, so it is advisable to lock your bags and finally the bathrooms were not cleaned regularly.

Great atmosphere, fantastic staff, very comfortable beds ~ new mattresses on all in the 8 bed dorm i was in, great location and I would stay here again however you should note there are no lockers or anywhere to lock up your valuables, if you want to use the internet or watch a dvd etc. you need to book in to use it before 9pm as they have no staff on between 9pm and 8am.

We thought that the hostel was great. The staff were really helpful and friendly (especially Melissa)and the hostel has lots of character. It was the best thing about our trip to Launceston.
