Bathrooms pretty much in the dorm, which means that everyone wakes up when someone goes to the toilette. Only one big lamp per dorm.

The first night when we got ready for bed and pulled the cover off, we found that every inch of all beds were covered in hair.. When we went downstairs to tell the girl in the reception, she gave us clean sheets and expected us to change them, though she did change them after we refused. We know it is not a 5* hotel but... The toaster went off 3 times during the first 2 days. Fix it or put up a sign 'How to use.'.

There was only 1 key per room. So found myself locked out when no-one was awake to let me in. To be fair it was 7.30 in the morning so didn't want to knock too loudly but still, your own key is pretty essential. Some rooms a bit squashed but other than that the place is fine!

The location is very very good ! However, there are some improvement needed for the room. The room is too small & old. And quite noisy at night.

The lockers are a bit small, and would not fit a 17" laptop. Otherwise, very good value. Excellent location, warm welcome, good service.
