It is ok, friendly hostel. located in close to centre of london easy access with public transport. Staff is ok, but not much going on in the hostel itself. Overall good to stay for few days.

We couldn't lock the door to our room which made us feel very uncomfortable.Furthermore, the room was very dirty and we could hardly put our stuff anywhere. The reason for this, as we were told at departure, was that we were placed in a room with long-term residents. Obviously not a sensible idea as they were not willing to make any room for us and demonstrated their disapproval of the situation.

The radiator in the room wasn't working when we arrived, and they didn't have any spares, so the room was freezing at night. Stayed one day out of the four we booked.
