A cute little place that felt like we were staying at a friends house. The owner was really lovely and friendly.

It was such a lovely place to stay- setting was like a real home and not impersonal like other hostels. Lily and her family can be very proud- everything was neat, warm and inviting.

the owner of this hostel is incredibly sweet! very clean and accommodating; cute little place. only complaint would be the construction going on next door which started at 9am and continued throughout the day. would have liked opportunity to sleep in especially with the less than ideal weather outside

this place is awesome. good for backpackers, couples, anyone really. the bedrooms & kitchen were very clean, warm, and adorable in decor. the bathroom had great showers and adequate sink space. the owner is also exceptionally nice - she let me stay way past check-out time to do some last minute shopping thru the christmas markets. the only downside is that the hostel is like a 10-15 min. walk to main part of town. but i wouldn't think of staying anywhere else but here in bamberg.

The only comfortable way from Hbf is to walk but little far. If you are at the hostel there's a bus station near the hostel that you could use for going into ZOB (central bus station). Anyway, I stayed for one night so couldn't talk much.

Lilly is the most wonderful host that you can wish for and this is easily the most homely and inviting hostel I have stayed in.
I wish I had been staying for longer.
