It was a great hostel to meet up with some great people, however i feel the standards of cleanliness could be lifted a bit, and also i didnt realise that i was only provided with half of the bedding until i checked out. there seemed to be a strong odour about the place as if it hadnt been cleaned in months.

We were surprised by this hostel. The reviews made us think it would be average at best and whilst its not the cleanest most comfortable of hostels it was clean enough, had alot going on and that pool is a life saver in 35 degree heat. Staff are helpful, you can rent DVD's. Great atmosphere, we met alot of cool people. Little out of the way, 20 minutes walk to the city but not unmanageable. Overall great place.

the room looked like a broom cloeset and it wasnt clean at all!!! I was the only girl in a room full of Men!! I checked out the next day. But the staff was very friendly.

The corridors and games rooms have absolutely no ventilation and there is always a stale smell in these areas. Location good.

Rooms clean but area outside the building is disappointing and the most upsetting of my stay was the noises of those "drinkers" at the swimming pool area right through past midnight and thereafter the clearing of "bottles" sound into bins could be heard right up to past 1 am. If on weekends, I can understand but on weekdays!

It was a great place, and was appropriate for the rate that was paid for a room. I enjoyed it, and how easy it was to communicate with the staff. Cheers
