The owner said the black and white apartment was booked and took us to another apartment that wasn't as nice. He was decent about it and charged less and gave us bottled water, a bottle of wine, and some Romanian crackers. Location was ok although the building it was in was in disrepair. Apartment wasn't too bad, it had a dryer, tv with cable, washing machine, wifi, air conditioner, kitchen, and iron. However hot water stops working at night and we had problems trying to turn on the heaters.

We were not given the "Black and White Apartment" as advertised, but an appartment with lower standard. The guy who owns the appartment tried to get more payed for a lower standard. I gave him a hard time and ended up paying less, but I don't recommend this experience.
