Very spacious rooms. Good place for the money.

Unable to stay there as fully booked even though we had booked. They did get us a room at a near by hotel which was ok. We did book some tours through them and they were really helpful but would like our deposit to be refunded.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Our taxi did not turn up at the airport so we got ripped off getting there - probably should have phoned them. Water was very hot, room was ok - large but no window. Breakfast was ok, internet facilities good. Road was very busy - but where isn't in Hanoi?

Dorm price is very cheap considering breakfast is included (simple but satisfying meal of crusty bread, omelette and hot drink). Triple room with balcony was very spacious.

Excellent location in the Old Quarter, but no noises from the street. Nice and friendly staff and great free breakfast. The dorm was clean and they changed our sheets and towels after the first night even though we were staying for another night! But not so good to go during the winter - the room was quite cold and humid.

Lovely big room, they left fruit in room after cleaning. Excellent value for money as included simple breakfast. Helpful if you needed it but no hassle to sell tours. (which other people have had in Hanoi)

Massive, clean room. A little noisy as overlooked street but with earplugs - fine. Lovely staff who were extremely helpful. Fantastic overnight tour on beautiful Junk to Halong Bay which we organised through the hotel. Also arrranged our flight tickets to Laos. Highly recommend staying here.

This is nice place to stay with very helpful and trustable staff. Highly recommended for a good price and clean room, eveen with free breakfast and WiFi.
