Great deal for the first week, staff are helpful, and was great to have a lift from the tube to the hostel.

THERE ADDITIONAL FEES AT THE CHECK IN TIME. COMMUNICATION WAS TERRIBLE. THERE IS NO ADDRESS TO TRAVEL TO TIL LATE IN THE DAY OF ARRIVAL THEREFORE IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITHOUT COMMUNITION MODES IT MAKES THIS HOSTEL DIFFICULT TO GET TO.

This is the second time we stayed here (and have already booked another few days while in and out of london), friendly staff, the rooms are always comfortable and clean. Kitchen has everything needed and shops and transport were just around the corner. Recommended for those who want to get away from "party hostels" and into something more relaxing

They didnt put us in the room we booked, and made us pay for our own electricity cause the room THEY decided to put us in required it. I have bruises from the bed the springs stuck out so bad. The staff was nice sometimes but seemed annoyed with us the other. We thought we had booked a normal hostel but we were actually taken to a building that had few other rooms, no common room and no staff. I would stay there again only if I had no where else to go.
