Supposedly the best hostel in Bucarest... but definitely not one of the better hostels I've stayed in. The staff was incredibly nice however.

Butterfly Villa is perhaps the best hostel I stayed at, ever. Well, it's not as 'hip' as the Wombat hostels, but it's cozy, non-pretentious, and the staff likes to hang out with the guests. Nice communal atmosphere. A little far from transportation points and city center, but it really isn't that far to walk.

bathrooms and kitchen aren't clean and the location is out of downtown a bit but overall it was a great place very friendly and helpful staff, we felt very safe staying there as well.

What a hostel. The staff are super friendly, the free wi-fi works, it's easy to get into townm its clean there are security boxes....I loved it. It was my second visit to Bucharest and the city has improved a lot...it isn't the dump it used to be and is worth checking out for a day or 2 and chilling at this great hostel.

We think this hostel would be quite nice in the warmer months. In Winter it was quite cold and there was little hot water for shower. Helpful staff. Breakfast included. A bit far from downtown to walk.

This place is small and noisy. Shower is lukewarm at best. i.e. 1 minute of lukewarm water and then colder by the minute.

Great Place! One of the best hostels ive been to. Not too near the city center, but public transportation was cheap and easy.
