Really warm and cozy place. It felt like being at home.

This place is great, I loved it. As soon as you walk in you feel at home and they are so damm welcoming. Plus it seems Hilda works a 18 hour day to make everyone feel welcome and let anyone in. Plus there are some super cute animals about the place,

Definitely didn't seem like a party-it-up type of place, but clean and well-kept + very welcoming and helpful hosts. We were only there a night on our way in and then again on our way out but no complaints, and had a warm reception.

Electric fun in the dorm room would be beneficial, since you can not open windows.

This is a great way to learn about the suburban life of Mexican families.

I stayed in the dorm room and enjoyed my visit very much. Shopping, grocery stores, and the bus station were all within easy walking distance. I enjoyed visiting with the family, and truely felt like I was in a home away from home. The staff are very well informed, and provided accurate, timely, information. Two thumbs up for this hostel! Nice quiet room in a private home. Very polite staff and very clean. Rooms are large and air conditioned and bathrooms are private and clean. Location is on a quite street a few blocks away from the happening area of downtown. Best to take a bus.
