I am very pleased to my stay at Casa Mirtha. Especially I felt safe and everyone was very helpfull even though it was a bit difficult to survive with my poor Spanish and the not so good English of the staff. Also, it was clean enough, close enough to the city centre. Thank you very much Mirtha and Jorge. I will recommend your Casa to all my friends coming to Havanna.

the guesthouse is actually so-called "casa paticular." when you get to this house, which is located 10 minutes walk away from plaza de revolution, a warm family will welcome you. the security is very good. i think you had better take some food from your country because it's very hard to find even a small kiosk around the house especially at night.

Staying at Casa Mirtha is a good starting point for Cuba. Jorge and Mirtha a very helpfull. Nevertheless the casa is a bit far off the touristic center of Habana.

The price is more expensive that the one on web site

This casa was the perfect place to stay in Havanna and to begin and end my short trip through Cuba. Of ten nights in Cuba I spent five at Casa Mirtha. The very warm-hearted owners provided more advice than my guide book and their help also made travelling the country

we enjoyed are stay in this lively house with this friendly family. Their house is nice and typical and the neighbourhood quiet. To recommend if interessed in the life of a cuban family.

Very nice house owned by elder couple who will treat you like Family member. Great coffee every morning, fresh fruits and lovely dinner if demanded. I've been there during hurricane Ike and had to stay because of that 2 days longer, they took care about me and my friend in that difficult time.I can really recommend it!
