I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. It's about what you'd expect for the money. Kitchen downstairs, fancy lobby.

Bathroom needed to be cleaned more often, but otherwise it was good for the price and the location. It has an elevator if you have a heavy or large bag.

we only stayed here one night.. got in late and left early morning. was ok for the night.. sheets didnt look as clean.. seamed to have few spit stains on them:(
hated the shower we had also..

Actually, I booked a bed in a room only for women. But, I had to share the room with 2 men in a 4-bed-room. That's not ok.

Really cheap hostel compared to alot other in new york. Nice location and a really nice neighborhood. Paid for 4 person dorm room but got a 2 person room instead.

NOT a HOSTEL!! Actually call "Dexter House Hotel", No lockers in the rooms, but did have a tv. The common roomkitchen wasnt easy to find, and only had 3 chairs plus poor facilities. Also the building contains long term residents, who also share the bathrooms. Not a recommended place to stay!!!

Pretty standard hostel in a location which is quite convenient to the metro. The only real issue I would have is that there were no security lockers.... although our dorm had only 4 beds and a lockable door, so it wasn't too bad to leave stuff in the room. I'd happily stay there again.
