Dorm was too small considering 8 people sharing and was very hot at night.Very good kitchen,fully equipped without extra charge.Internet wasn't working.

Very annoying that advertised as freeinternet but it was not working.. also dorm rooms very small with no hooks or space to hang clothestowels etc..

Excellent location and easy to find. Clean bathrooms and kitchen, although the rooms are cramped.

Way less lockers than beds, not in the room and very small. Reception, if you can call it that,is in Jacobs bar next door which is not a hostel bar. Very cold in the small common room, never saw anyone without a jacket on. No internet or wireless network. Never saw anyone who worked there. Kitchen faciliteis were good, two fridges, mic. and hot plates. Have stayed in worse but would stay somewhere else if it were possible.

very good location close to station.Basis cooking facilities provided downside is no complete partition between dorms and can get a little noisy.

The air in dorm B was somewhat bad in the morning on sunday 12th of October, when a lot of people had been sleeping there. I would appreciate more use of the air-conditioning system.

our resservatios were messed up and had to be placed in a bigger room than promised. new and clean facilities, small showers but hot water and clean. nice bar and cafe.

Not quite the worst hostel I've ever stayed in, but pretty close! The 14-bed room I stayed in was crowded to the point of being non-functional, forget about comfortable - there wasn't enough room for everyone sleeping there to even stand, much less anywhere for their bags. Only 16 tiny lockers and four showers for 40 or so people? Ugh. If I had had any other choice in Bergen, I would have taken it, but everything else was full.
