The decor is very cuzco chic the minute you walk in and they have a good little happy hour, but the only problem is that their walls are paper thin and that you end up loathing your neighbors who stay up late talking about facebook and other such silly things

Hostel has a good location, between Plaza del Armas and Plaza San Blas. Hostel itself is kind of shabby and VERY smokey and loud. Smoke wafts right up to your room

Rooms clean, beds good. Reasonable hot water. Good kitchen. Large-screen TV, but in cold room. Staff adequate, but seemed disinterested, never offering adivce or help without being asked, and then only grudgingly. Smoking allowed in common areas -- especially by staff -- making atmosphere unpleasant at times. We ordered a taxi at 6:00 AM but paid twice the going rate -- to the desk clerk, who paid the driver; we think he raked off half of what we paid.

Smoking was allowed in common areas which was unpleasant. Staff OK but never offered information or help unless asked, and on one occasion did not pass on a telephone message. Nice hostel but lacked friendly atmosphere which contrasted badly with previous hostels in Peru.

It's quite a nice hostel with very good location. However the shower was striking, the toilet also had had seen better days. We stayed in the doublebed-room.

very cosy new hostel, with comfy beds, internet access, nice friendly staff! A very nice place to stay overall! highly recommend it!
