Quite ok if not alot of ppl in the hostel But, sometime, the staff doesn't speak english but some of them do. Hopefully u can meet an english-speaking one while u have some questions to ask!

The place looks very shady from the outside, and the neighborhood looks questionable, especially at night. However, once you get inside, the place is beautiful and very Spanish. It was better than a hotel in my opinion because it was cheap, just as clean, and they give you a breakfast in the morning.

The bunk beds were a little squished together and the kitchen was freezing because it has no doorwalls, only plastic coverings and is part of the patio. Good location though right by the cathedral, alcazar, and bus station. The old man was nice to me but the female staff in the morning was a little bit rude.

I loved this hostal. It was clean, the workers are very friendly and helpful, and the location is great.

Solid hostal, clean and the breakfast was ok, cereal toast etc. The location is awesome so a big selling point but the staff arent friendly or helpful I found. Only problem was that I asked for a 4 bed mixed and got a six bed with all males! so that didnt help!

The hostel is centrally situated; it therefore enabled access without difficulty to places of interest, such museums, clubs, restaurants and bus, tram and train termini. The hostel is clinically clean. But what impressed me most were the friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency of the staff. They went out of their way to assist with problems encountered elsewhere in the city. They are a huge credit to their organization.

very nice place, but be careful with the end office,, they sometimes make mistakes and try to put you in another crapy hostel for the same price.

Great location; the bed are quite good; free access to internet; the bathroom are quite alright; The security is really poor... although the lockers are free! Not so bad. In summary, good price for the given conditions.
