Look old, is old. For a bed overnight okay. That's it. No more, mo less. The blancet are great ;-)

Good place to sleep; the beds are really comfy. But reception is only between 10h and 18h and i must say i never saw anyone apart from the girl who picked us up at the station (very close) when we arrived.

The lady who works here is a real gem: I was late for my flight in the morning and she ran out and got me a taxi to the airport bus!

Location convenient for station & northern Osaka stuff (Umeda Sky Building, HEP5), but farther from the nightlife district in Minami. The train stops running around midnight, so it can be a bit of a problem if you plan on partying in Minami but don't want to stay out until morning. The hostel is small and kind of quiet, so maybe not the easiest place to meet a lot of new friends, but a it's a nice place to stay, and the proprietor is a super-sweet lady who will help you w anything you need.

Very cozy Japanese-style hostel. Location could be better, as its in the northern part of the city but the subway station is just around the corner.
