Brilliant fun. Full of great people, and the pub crawl was incredible amounts of fun. Would be great if the windows in the smoking room had been opened though as it was pretty intense trying to use the computers and even hang out in there. The bar is loads of fun and cheap, and the restaurant is really convenient and well priced. Had loads of fun, will definitely return to Berlin & will be staying at the Generator

absolutely huge...really good for big groups. the bar was under construction when we were there. Happy hour is amazing, really really cheap!

Great fun hostel, a little bit away from the main tourist sights but this isn't really a problem since it is so well served by the s-bahn and trams. Would definitely go back.

Grand hostel, good facilities and such. Bar area and all that was fairly empty and such but we were staying there in the winter when not too many people were around so I guess this is why. Would stay in again!

Place is pretty cool, shame the big bar was closed for renovations, but at least they still had a small one open.

Staff were quite rude and unhelpful even after making a mistake with our booking. Massive hostel so very impersonal. Directions on finding the hostel could have been better. Would not stay here again and would not recommend.
