The staff was so warm and accommodating! They gave us a restaurant voucher for each day we stayed with them, redeemable for a free meal at a nice beach-front restaurant. One night we got in around 2:30 am and had to call a staff person to let us in. When she came to the door, she was so gracious - she had a big smile on her face just to help us out.

Unbeatable location -unless you

Very decent hotel for the price; the staff is very helpful and very nice. The rooms are very clean and there's free wifi. Restrooms have no place to hang towelsclothes! Location is excellent, but a bit hard to find; however it's only a five minute walk to the beach. Breakfast wasn't very good - some old biscuits and no jam for crackers. Definitely a good place to stay in Tel Aviv and I would recommend it to any traveller on a budget.

We had a little confusion at first, but the Gal, the manager personally resolved the issue for us. You cannot beat the location - blocks from the beach and Dizingoff and anything else you could ever need in Tel Aviv. It's cleaner than most hostels, and the room we ended up with (larger room with a private bathroom) was excellent. Don't let them put you on the 3rd floor, there's a mildew problem up there. But I cannot emphasize enough: AMAZING location, AMAZING staff!!

the hostelguest house needs a lot of renovation!yet its in a good location for the buses to bus stationtrains.the seafront,to yaffo shops,cafes,supermarkets nearby.if staying in a dorm room,you don.t get breakfast but you are near cafes so you won.t go without!the staff are helpful.if you need to leave your suitcase fr a couple of days to travel elsewhere,they do charge.also they have a new common room wheres thers always tea.coffee(free)&a kitchen for residents.

The good thing about this hostel was location. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely awful!! I paid for a 4 bed dorm, walked in to find 6 beds shoved into a TINY room and all the beds had clothes, luggage, wet towels and cigarette ashes all over them. In other words, the 4 bed dorm doesn\'t exist. I walked in and walked out. They refunded my credit card less than what I paid (thanks to a 7-day delay and conversion rates) and also the dorm guests don't get the food vouchers.

I don't know why the reviews for this place are so mixed. The rooms are nice and clean, they change your sheets and give you a fresh towel. The bathrooms aren't the nicest but nothing to complain about.
