So a couple people got freaked out by the small room and wrote some bad reviews; welcome to Japan people. This place is better than the majority of other offerings because:
1) it's half the price compared to competition (if 2 to a room)
2) you're not nickel-and-dimed (many tokyo places will charge you extra for showers, towels, etc)
3) the location is amazing for Yokohama, and staff are wonderful. This was my second time staying here

Cheap enough, so what can you expect. Rooms are small but get bigger as the night goes on. Awesome roof garden, shame it was raining when we were there as it wouldve been a great spot for drinks and dinner!
