this is a pretty awesome hostel, the only down side was that some of the staff are really lazy. When we went to check in, it was right on 3pm and two of the staff couldn't be bothered to check us in so they made us wait until the new set of staff began their shift. It was clear that they could have checked us in but they just couldn't be bothered!

Really enjoyed my stay here. the rooms were spacious and clean. the beds were suprisingly comfy as well. the hostel had a great info desk which had all the info you need to help you in the city. the hostel also put on activities each night which were awesome. all in all i absolutly loved this hostel. i would stay here again and highly recomend it to others.

A very 'functional' hostel; great location, big open common areas. The free WiFi is handy. Great place to stay

This hostel was excellent all across the board! The staff went out of their way to help me out, the facilities were very clean and the location could not have been better! My trip to Chicago was great thanks to HI Chicago!

been travelling the US for 3months and its the biggest one w have styd at. awesome breakfast, so many sights to see around the place. beds and bathrooms are clean, massive kitchen. it was out of our price range but would reccomend it :) Aussies xo

The hostel has a good location, close to the train station, and is very clean. I would recommend this hostel.
