Cosy hostal with very friendly stuff, colorfull rooms and great atmosphere. The fact that it's a bit out of town (in a safe and quite area) makes you discover even more of Arequipa. This hostal is definitly a hostal of type: "Home away from Home" :-)

Hostal Bhelen was great. The rooms are colorful and comfortable and every room has it's own TV with cable and it's own bathroom. You can cook your own food, and use the internet for free, and on top of that the lady's that work there are bad ass's. Milagros is hilarious and demanded that my friend George should shave his beard (and he should) and Angela took the splinters out of my hand after I ran into a cactus like a pro. If you can, you should stay here. Good people, good times!

After being in so many hostels travelling in South America,finally i found something so great,like a family!The staff is so friendly,you feel like home,the breakfast so good,the hostel so clean,there is a kitchen to cook and to make fresh juices!!!I recommend it 100%,besos a mi querida Milagros,Jael a ti tambien y a las otras chicas del recepcion!!!Tu griega amiga!Aimilia
