Not only was the building very secure for such a centralized location but the staff was incredible! Clean room and towels everyday and they were more than willing to help with anything the could. Right in the middle of all the action, great location!

We reserved a double room with two beds but when we arrived we were told that there were no such rooms available. Otherwise everything was fine, very nice and clean.

I just spent some great days in Madrid and in this Hostel. The hostel is very clean and nicely furnished, i felt great staying there and would suggest it to all other travelers as well...

An excellent hostel in one of the best places in Madrid. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Rooms were cleaned every day. A broken bed was switched immediately. I would recoomend this place to anyone!
