it's really a fantastic location for those who want to live in the centre of urban! Metro and bus are ultimately feasible.

the staff was not friendly, in the bathroom was a bad smell, they speak only spanish and breakfast was only some cookies.

The location is good but the metro of Gran Via do not have elevator. So bring the necessary for your vacation!

They provide the basic accomodation not good nor bad. The included breakfast is not worth including. Plan on eating elsewhere. Staff was OK.

Very nice place with central location and reasonable price. Friendly staff. Next time may be I will go there again though promised TV didn\'t work. Real 24H reception! Even room service!!!

I liked this hostal and I recommended it to everyone who wants to stay near Madrid, because this hostal it's near Gran Via. In Spain breakfasts are poor. Here it is poor but you have cereals, cakes, coffee,milk, tea and juice.
