We booked the hostel at the last minute and when we arrived they moved us next door to our own apartment! It was huge with two bedrooms, a living room and kitchen. I can't comment on the actual hostel since we didn't stay there but the staff was friendly. I will be returning to Madrid in a month or so and will definitely be booking with them again. It's right in the middle of EVERYTHING, and if you're taking the metro, get off at Sol and you're practically there!

Generally disappointed with this hostal.
My room was grim with very little natural light and faced a brick wall less than a few yards away. I didn't open the window as the well area smelt. Next time I will do better research and find some thing better. It certainly wasn't worth the money that I paid.

The apartment was very comfortable and the bed was supurb! Near lively nightlife and central access to Madrid's many attractions.
