we booked a double bed ,butwhen we arrived , the hotel only gave us a small bed like single bed,after we complaned a long time ,they changed a double bed ,we think it`s very bed

The Colombian staff is the only one who speaks English. However, when she opened the door for me , she was very impatience . The reception door was locked and she shouted and yelled to me . This I have never experienced in any hostel before. I stongly suggest people consider others although it is not so expensive to have a private room there.
