Fantastic hotel. Very clean and quiet with great staff. Great location, easy to get to from airport, Metro stop very close. We had 3 people in the room and while it was small it was perfectly adequate and beautifully clean. Highly recommended.

The hotel refused to switch on the aircon as October is classed as 'winter', but the street outside was so noisy it was impossible to get any sleep with the window open and the room was hot and stuffy. The staff didn't care. The safe didn't have a key so we were unable to lock away any valuables, again the staff didn't care. The TV didn't work, and at this point we were beyond complaining. This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at.

Prices also vary here from quoted price and the breakfast was uninspired and extra. One good thing was their tour booking for reduced price to the airport etc.

The service was good and the location is great, but I had a tiny pokey single room that looked out onto a wall and below a hole where a whole lot of trashrubbish was collected, which was quite ugly. The shower was miniscule and extremely difficult to use!

the very thin walls and central courtyard made it very noisy. Most of the noise seemed to be created by cleaning staff. the air conditioning in the room was turned off for most of the nightmorning, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. Furthermore, most of the time, there seemed to be music being piped into the room from somewhere. It was only just audible, but still irritating in the quiet of the night.
