We had a very funny experience where some drunk was trying to get in our room during the night. Definitely happy with the security although we were quite scared! The room was the size of both beds when folded out, so quaint but very clean. It had a Japanese feel. We were overall impressed with our stay. Although weren`t happy with the 200￥ charge for the strictly monitored 7minute shower.

For the prize, this hostel is everything one could expect. Good location, very small but clean japanese-style rooms. If you only want to sleep there's nothing wrong with it! And as for the location, there are indeed some odd characters in the neighbourhood, but just as many policemen. And please, people! These are homeless, not vampires, and will not harm or disturb you!

Really nice room, traditional Japanese style. Was great to have a tv and fridge. Staff were very helpful. Only complaint was the cleaners loudly cleaning the kitchen and bathroom at 4:30am.
