Staff was rude and unhelpful. The rooms were pretty clean but the mattresses, pillows, and blankets were old and grimy. There was no common area making it hard to meet other people who were staying there. Also, reception was in another building down the street and breakfast cost 10 Euros. It had a disappointing atmosphere and no useful information about the city - such as cool places to check out.

This was the worst hostel i have ever stayed in...and i'm not a picky person. The staff were rude and unhelpful, it was so disorganized, they didnt have our beds ready at 5 in the evening and we said we wold just come back later...came back at midnight and the dirty sheets were still on our beds. Rediculous. they wouldnt even help a woman with back problems with her luggage...and it was heavy!

The rooms booked through hostel world are not the rooms advertised on the website - they are all about 50% of the size of the "hotel standard" rooms, which is basically just the bed. Did not have a window that opened. Absolutely awful-would never book here again (or in the first place had i known that we would be put in a ROOM WITH NO WINDOWS IN THE FUCKING HEIGHT OF THE SUMMER)

The hotel is very clean but quite noisy. Couldn't sleep tight during our stay. Overall we like it, especially the breakfast is brilliant!

The room was clean and we had a new bathroom. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Weliked this place.

DO NOT BE FOOLED...the disco and bar they advertise are complete crap. No one ever goes there ...It is really dirty and they are proud of it. It is not too bad of a hostel, if you have to stay here dont sweat it.
