The staff were helpful and friendly. The little room was cute. No common room but it worked with the TV in the bedroom. Very close to Academia

The Staff were great...we said we wanted to walk around Florence for the day so Leo got out a map and drew out a littlw walking tour for us that was amazing...alway happy to help and laugh at your pidgeon stories

gorgeous people and lovely little hotel. we booked a dorm but got a private room which was great! smelled a little like gas sometimes but twas ok. definatly recommended.

I loved Hotel Sampaoli! The location was awesome! The staff were extremely helpful and considerate. They were very quick to help us with directions around the city. The rooms were very clean and neat. They offered a very nice breakfact for a small price. There was a staff member there at all times which was very nice! The security was wonderful! Hotel Sampaoli was a wonderful place to stay. When I go back to Italy I will stay there again.

Great staff and good location, equal distance to Duomo and S. M. Novella. Staff welcomed me warmly and provided friendly help with all questions. Could improve on bathrooms - a little weird to have a toilet that gets showered on...but great hostel, highly recommended.
