I found this place a bit creepy. Partly because I was told on arrival that guns and drugs are not allowed... that should go without saying I think. Also the people in my room were creepy. The beds and pillows are completely uncomfy, and i hate it when i just get a top sheet that doesn#t stay on instead of proper duvet cover.

Beds look like they are supposed to be for school kids, security was fairly poor with no key to the room and you could just walk into any room. Not much happening at the hostel, but it is close to a lot of resturaunts.

Nice place, in a cool part of the east, but not the best place to neccessarily get a good nights sleep- the pillow was the worst thing i've ever put my head on and the rooms was always really bright cuz the curtains were terrible. Free coffee and internet was appreciated tho

We (4guys and 4 girls from Sweden) really enjoyed our stay at hostelxberger. Met a bunch of nice people from places such as Australia, Canada, France and Italy. We never used the kitchen as we had planned to, so nothing to say about that. Alot of restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood and also a few clubs (check out Lido). Really easy to make your way in to town (1 station in one direction change there and then 3-4 stations and you're there. Would defenitly stay here again! T.

staff were very helpful.. the atmosphere was strange in the hostel though.. people kept to themselves - often felt as if we were the only people in the hostel
