Our room was very cold, and we had trouble sleeping at night. The heater was turned on using a switch in a box only after asking the staff why it was so cold. Even after a few hours, the room didn't warm up much. Also, the hotel turned the heat off around midnight and turned it back on around 7am which made the room freezing. This is a hotel and it should at least make sure that the customers have enough heat. I wouldn't stay here again where you can

i liked the free wifi, even though you have to get a new login id and password every 12 hrs. My single room also had a large ensuite bathroom, which was more than what I expected in European hotels. However, there was no light at the desk, which makes using the laptop there difficult. Some of the staff were friendly, but others were aloof, especially the guy doing the morning shift. Still, they would be able to help you out if you ask for it.

Good location, close to metro repubblica, stazione centrale (only 1 M stop away) and city centre. Basic but clean, warm, and comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean hotel room. Breakfast is not included, and wi-fi is not reliable. Hotel is a stop away from the main train station via metro. Staff was not too helpful when the wi-fi wasn't working, but they were friendly enough. It's a hotel so don't expect too much in terms of "fun." Still I liked the room because I was staying alone, and if I were alone I'd stay here again.

The benefits - it's near the metro; that's about it. We didn't feel exceptionally safe walking around the area at night and apparently, midnight is too late to be talking aloud in your room. The staff wasn't really nice or helpful and bordered on rude on a few occasions.

This is really a two-star hotel, so it's really just a bed for the night. The location is very close to both train stations and there is a metro entrance near by--and a tram stop across the street. It's next to a park and the Westin is nearby, so it's not a bad neighborhood. The Duomo is three stations away and the Centrale is only one.

Its a budget hotel in Milan, and a good deal since Milan is an expensive city. But the hotel is small and do remember that they bill separately for everything apart from room. i.e breakfast, internet is all extra.
