very close to shin-imamiya station but in a bad part of town. annoying 12:30 lockout and not very friendly or helpful staff.
room was clean and so were the bathrooms and good price but i wouldn't stay here again.

I wish there had been a place to request either beds or the tatami rooms, I thought we would have beds, but ended up on futons.

The staff are very helpful and it is right next to Shin-Imamiya station. The rooms are very clean. However, it is more like a hotel than a hostel with the lobby doubling up as the "common area".

Standard business hotel, no ensuite facilities. Free internet is quite useful. Good location, 3 minutes walk from Shin-Imamiya station on the Osaka loop line, a couple of stops away from the Dotonburi area which is the main area for nightlife.
