the location...its in the middle of nowhere. although there were buses the staff advised us to catch a bus that didnt exist. secondly there is no food within a 10 km radius - the hotel restaurant was already closed at 730. breakfast - a free buffet that we weren't told about until we checked out. we will make sure we never come back again. a tip to others: stay in central verona it will end up cheaper because taxis are about 30 euro.
