The staff members, Annaleise and Suzanna, were exceptionally nice and helpful as well as always happy and smiling. Our family stayed 3 nights there in December 2008 and enjoyed it's proximity to the city.

This hotel was an excellent choice. Extremely helpful staff and close to the old town. Breakfast was very good would love to stay there again.

This is a hotel, not a hostel. No complaints, though. The lady at reception is very friendly, and the rooms are spacious and clean. There is a decent Italian restaurant next door. The only slight downside is the location - it is about a 10 minute walk from the centre, but the bus is very reliable and runs regularly. It is worth investing in a

Place was very clean and close enough to the sights. Staff were extremely friendly when we first arrived and provided lots of information on what to do and where to go.
