Bathroom not great and lobby, stairs in bad condition. However, close to the airport.

Basic rather naff hotel only good if you want to be right at the airport in between flights. I would come back, but only in this case.

We chose this hotel as it was conveniently located close to the airport. The complementary airport pick-up was a great way to avoid hassle. The hotel felt fairly old, but well maintained to what is our understanding of Indian standards. The room was spacious and as clean as it gets there.
The staff and manager were really friendly and took good care of us helping to find good places for shopping as we had time for only one evening in Mumbai.

The room was quite dirty for the price we had to pay for it. We also saw quite a big rat running down the stairs and into the elevator shaft. And the hotel had a strange policy for supplying hot water to rooms: we had to call the reception each time we wanted to take shower.
The staff was friendly and helpful.

this was good as a first base from the airport. pickup was great. it is very basic but reasonably clean. in a very rough area.
