The hotel is not new though has had a recent paint. The special 2 night price advertised and receipted, was charged 12 times the price I had on my documents. The web price was very low, but management should have checked this. We were told it would cost 18 BOM to the airport, several staff told us this, but when we arrived in the taxi arranged by the hotel, the driver demanded 50 BOM and we had to find USD in a hurry as he was getting very agitated. They need to sort the money out properly.
